I’m Kath, a reformed workaholic and coach, a creative, a therapist, mentor and teacher all rolled into one. I hold space and support creative, free-spirited entrepreneurs, empaths, coaches and therapists from all arenas stop searching and start becoming their BEST self. I coach over-thinkers to access and listen to their intuitive wisdom so they can let go  of control and go with the flow, remember who they really are and align with their true authentic power.

I am a master practitioner in reiki, hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, shamanism and colour systems, as well as a trained systems coach in organisational relationship and social intelligence. 

I’ll uncover your unconscious blocks that keep you stuck in lack, over-giving, perfectionism, self-loathing, over-analysing, being the proverbial student, lost in procrastination and show YOU how you are actually unlimited.

The basis of my work combines an entrepreneurial outlook with a past background in executive recruitment and an extensive leadership career in a corporate setting.  Working holistically with a number of modalities and the Colour Mirrors system I will make YOU the accent colour in your life so you can live with greater passion, self-care, ease and grace as well as being able to make a difference in the world because life wasn’t meant to be a struggle.

When we awaken to the realization that there is more to life than meets the eye, we enter a process of transformation that awakens the soul. This brings an ability to integrate higher levels of awareness. Life itself takes on new meaning and colour for us. We find ourselves more deeply drawn to nature, to living in the moment with increased levels of peace, joy and connection with others.

I use the cycles of nature and colour consciousness to explain and facilitate transformation in individuals and collective groups in business from the inside out so we can live a more meaningful existence.
