TERMS & CONDITIONS

Appointments may be face to face or via Zoom telephony.

Every effort will be made to make appointments to suit your need, where possible.  PLEASE NOTE:  I may offer weekend appointments occasionally to suit availability.

If you need to change your appointment time, please try to give me 24 hours notice, in order that the session may be offered to others on my waiting list.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours' notice, otherwise a full cancellation fee may be levied, unless the circumstances are exceptional.

Should I have to cancel or postpone, I will make every effort to give 24 hours' notice, unless the situation is urgent/exceptional.  I shall re-schedule with you as soon as possible. 

In the case of a zoom video telephony session, if you haven't connected within 20 minutes of the scheduled start of the appointment time, the session will be deemed to have been forfeited, and a full cancellation will be charged, unless the circumstances are exceptional.

A 'no-show' without prior notice for a face-to-face appointment will be subject to a full cancellation no-show charge, unless the circumstances are exceptional. 

In the case of late arrival for a face-to-face appointment, the session will end at the time originally contracted for, and will be charged for the duration originally contracted for. For example, if an hour-long session has been booked, and you arrive 20 minutes late, the remaining session will last 40 minutes and the fee charged will be for an hour.

SPECIAL NOTE

Sessions with me are not a substitute for formal medical or psychological treatment. If you know or suspect that you are suffering from any form or medical or psychological condition, please seek appropriate treatment from your doctor, therapist or health practitioner.

Please be aware that whatever form of treatment you decide upon this work is not intended to replace any medical advice or intervention. You are responsible for any physical and/or emotional well-being during and after any session.  

PAYMENT

In the case of zoom sessions, an invoice for the session will be sent to you after the session.  Payment is then required within 7 days of the completed session. Any products purchased from this site will need to be paid for on order.

You may pay by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

Late payment may be subject to a late payment charge of up to £30 per invoice.

For face-to-face sessions, any of the above payment methods may be used, as well as cash.
